It is with profound sadness we announce the death of a member of our parish Mr. William (Bill) Hufford, husband of Toni Hufford. Bill Hufford died Saturday July 8th, peacefully at his home in Marietta, GA with his wife, Toni and daughter, Tammi by his side as he went to be with his Lord and Savior. Please keep Toni and their three children, Tammi Aal (Moh), Holly Ledford (Dirk) and Kenneth Hufford
in your prayers as they grieve his tremendous loss. Bill and his wife Toni have been members at ECA for the past year and joined the choir. They were previously members of St. Benedict’s Episcopal Church, Smyrna, GA where they were members of the choir and lectors.

His greatest joy has been spending time with his grandson, Nyle who loved to dance to “We are the Dinosaurs” and step-granddaughter Addison who he planted a container garden of strawberries for, and seeing his three beautiful, smart children achieve college degrees and find themselves someone to love as deeply as he loved Toni. Bill is survived by his wife & children, one grandson and one step-granddaughter, Brother, Charles Hufford (Lavern) and sister, Eileen Hampton (Frank) and many nieces and nephews.
“May his soul and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace.” Amen
Bill’s funeral service will be held at 11:00AM Saturday, July 21st at Church of the Annunciation with a committal in the memorial garden and a reception to follow in the Activities Bldg. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Episcopal Church of the Annunciation Memorial Fund, 1673 Jamerson Rd. Marietta, GA 30066 or to the Episcopal Relief and Development Charity.
Condolences can be sent to:

Grant, O Lord, to all who are bereaved the spirit of faith and courage, that they may have strength to meet the days to come with steadfastness and patience; not sorrowing as those without hope, but in thankful remembrance of your great goodness, and in the joyful expectation of eternal life with those they love. And this we ask in the Name of Jesus Christ our Savior. Amen.
In Christ,
Father Paul +
