A ‘Cradle Episcopalian’, born in New York where baptized and confirmed, Suzie has been a parishioner at ECA for over 20 years where she raised three children; all of whom attended ECA. She is a social worker. She opened the first two ALF’s in Fulton County in the 1980s, and sat on the State Planning Board where the first set of policies for this industry were implemented. Currently, she is involved with Hospice, doing assessments and admissions for alcohol/drug treatment facilities and assisting the Red Cross when needed. In addition to serving on Vestry for ECA, she facilitates a support group (Journeys) providing fellowship and comfort for those dealing with grief and loss.
