as of AUGUST 19, 2020, the Episcopal Diocese has issued the following: These revised protocols (the “Updated Protocols”) replace previous Phase I protocols and reflect current policy as of this date. Following submission of a Vestry Certification, the Updated Protocols may be strictly  implemented without further need for permission from the Bishop.
