Foster is a cradle Episcopalian from St. Thaddeus in in Aiken, SC, where he was born and raised. He moved to Atlanta to attend Georgia Tech in 1990 and has been in the metro area ever since. Foster, his wife, Bliss, and their 4 boys (ages 14-22) have been attending ECA since about 2010.
Foster previously served on the Vestry from 2012-2014 as a former Sr. Warden. He has since headed up the Verger ministry, helping to coordinate worship services at ECA through the worship committee, and train our worship volunteers. Foster is currently a Postulant in the Diocese of Atlanta seeking Holy prders and is attending California Divinty Cchool of the Pacific in their online Master of Divinity program. Foster is a wonderful addition to our ministry team at ECA.
